— Hon. Jon Hoadley
Jen’s sense to fight for what’s right is only matched by the size of her heart. We need to continue moving our County forward and to do that we need someone who will bring in new bold ideas and forward-thinking vision. Jen is this person.
— Hon. Tracy Hall
Jen Strebs stands for justice for all people
— Hon. Vice-Mayor Don Conney
I endorse Jen Strebs because she continues to lead Kalamazoo with brilliance and grace by putting people first! Jen Strebs is trained in equity and social justice and serves on the County Equity Task force. District 2 needs a strong, smart, policy maker who knows and cares about issues and will advocate for a greater quality of life for all residents.
— Hon. Stephanie Williams
Jen Strebs is not only a concerned person, she acts on her concerns. For example, as a Kalamazoo Township Trustee she reshaped the rental housing ordinance to hold the landlords more accountable, and she has worked with Chief Ergang of the Police to provide timely reports to the Board and to start releasing Police Policy to the Township website. She looks at all new ordinances and ordinance revisions with an eye of equity and is never afraid to express her well researched and thoughtful opinions.
— Hon. Nicky Leigh
Jen is a superwoman. At home, she’s raising beautiful kids. At work she’s helping people with developmental disabilities. As an elected official, she’s fighting to make our communities better for our most vulnerable citizens.
— Hon. Chris Burns
